I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP? We strive to ship items as quickly as possible. Please allow 3-5 days for order processing before shipment. Shipping times vary depending on your location, and most are specified on the product pages. If not stated, please allow an estimated 2-4 weeks for delivery.

Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order has shipped. If you do not receive a tracking number within 7 business days, please email us.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER? We cannot offer modifications, store credit, refunds, or cancellations on any orders before delivery except in very specific situations. If you think you qualify for a refund before your order is shipped, please contact us via email within 8 hours of placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

I AM NOT IN LOVE WITH MY ORDER, CAN IT BE RETURNED? WHAT IF THERE IS AN ISSUE? We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. Items can be returned within 30 days from the purchase date. If more than 30 days have passed, we cannot offer credit, refund, or exchange. You must ship the item back at your own expense. Once we receive the product, we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please include your name and order number on the returned parcel.

I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS, WHAT DO I DO NOW? If you entered an incorrect address, reply to your order confirmation email to confirm. Kindly notify us via email within 8 hours to correct the address. No refund will be given after 8 hours of incorrect submission.

HOW DOES THE SIZING ON CLOTHING TAGS CORRELATE WITH THE ACTUAL SIZE ORDERED? The size tag on the clothing you ordered may show 3-4 sizes larger than the size you ordered due to the manufacturing process. However, the actual size of the clothing will match the size you ordered accurately.
